EBR principals have spent most of their careers with Insurance Carriers focusing on Ancillary benefits and pointing out strengths and weakness to these same consultants while placing dozens of contracts each year. EBR principals have also been involved in the day to day administration of these plans not simply the placement so we are familiar with not only what can go wrong but more importantly how to fix what went wrong and to effect a process that assures history is not repeated.
