EBR does consulting almost exlusively for ancillary benefits--Life, Disability, Vision and AD&D.Most consultants spend the vast majority of their time focusing on health care and retirement consulting and may only market for ancillary benefits like disability, life and accident, FMLA Administration products a few times each year, if at all. EBR principals have spent most of their careers with Insurance Carriers focusing  on Ancillary benefits and pointing out strengths and weakness to these same consultants while placing dozens of contracts each year. EBR principals have also been involved in the day to day administration of these plans not simply the placement so we are familiar with not only what can go wrong but more importantly how to fix what went wrong and to effect a process that assures history is not repeated.
